A Victorian terrace in Wandsworth needed a brighter, more sociable ground floor that finally connected the kitchen to the garden.
We designed a single-storey rear extension with a structural glass roof infill over the side return, slim-framed sliding doors across the rear and a flush threshold out to a new patio. A steel frame opened the existing rear wall into one continuous, open-plan kitchen-diner.
