What's involved
A full refurbishment can include reconfiguring the layout, new electrics, plumbing and heating, insulation and energy-efficiency upgrades, new kitchens and bathrooms, joinery, lighting and a complete interior-design package — all coordinated on one programme. As a rough guide, a full refurbishment costs in the region of £35,000 per floor.
Planning and Building Regulations
Internal refurbishments often need little or no planning permission, but structural and services work needs Building Regulations approval. Where you add space, the relevant planning route applies — we confirm and manage it.
